Don't have a tracking code yet?

Don't worry, the tracking code will be automatically sent to your email within 3 business days after your product is shipped.

If you haven't received your tracking code after 5 business days, send an email to marketing@delajewelry.com requesting your tracking information.

We remind you that the average delivery time for imported products is 10 to 15 business days. If your order does not arrive by the delivery deadline, we offer a full refund, and you can keep the product for free when it arrives.

Please remember that it is essential to include your order number in the email; otherwise, we will not be able to process your request.
