Order processing

Orders are dispatched from Homestead, Florida, within 2–5 business days. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

US shipping

Free Economy shipping is available when your product total is $100 USD or more after discounts, excluding tax and shipping. For example, a $100 item discounted to $50 does not qualify on its own.

Other shipping options, costs and estimated transit times are shown at checkout. Free shipping applies to eligible US orders only.

International orders

For international orders, please contact us before ordering to confirm shipping availability and costs for your destination. International shipping can cost more than domestic shipping, and import duties or taxes may apply. We recommend reviewing the total cost before placing your order.

Tracking and delivery

We send tracking information when your order ships. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; weather, customs and carrier delays may affect arrival.

If you need to correct your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.
